Introducing the Tourney Series Medieval sparring swords from Kingston Arms, a new standard in re-enactment weaponry at an affordable price point. These brutal weapons feature thru-tang handle construction, peened thru-tang stainless steel pommel and guard, and 2mm rounded edge thickness, making them perfect for stage combat and reenactment. The cord wrapped leather grip feels exceptional in the hand, with an oval cross section and slight barrel shape to reduce fatigue. The grip is also large enough to accommodate armored hands. Each sword comes with a wood core and leather wrapped scabbard tipped with a stainless chape.

The first models in the Tourney Series are the Viking sword and single-hand swords, with more to come. The blade is forged from 9260 high carbon spring steel and tempered to about 50 HRc, ensuring a long lasting sword. The guard features the king-peen system, with a steel tab under the grip pinned through the tang of the sword to keep the guard from going loose without compromising the hilt's strength. The pommel is pressed into place and hot peened, resulting in a sword that rings like a bell when struck.

Overall, the sword measures 37" in length with a 30" blade, 4 1/2" handle, and weighs 3lb 2oz. The point of balance is at 3 1/2". The handle material is wood/leather, and the item package dimensions are 5.6 L X 17.8 W X 101.7 H (Cm). This product is perfect for sporting goods and has a package weight of 2.018 kgs.
